Perimeter Security Solution Powered by Solis Energy

One of the largest solar power stations in the world, located in California, required a perimeter security surveillance solution to monitor their millions of solar panels that would not be compromised by power interruptions. Solis Energy, SurveillanceGrid and Via:Sys partnered up to provide perimeter security to the solar farm, using Solis Energy’s Solar Power Plants to power FLIR cameras. This solution ensures that the FLIR camera units will receive the necessary continuous, reliable power they need to survey approximately 9.5 square miles of solar farm.
